- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
**Any General/Maintenance cleaning lasting over 4 hours is billed at $40 per hour per cleaner **Any Deep or Move-Out cleaning lasting over 6 hours is billed at $40 per hour per cleaner **$65 starting cost (1 time) for recurring cleanings ** Prepayment will be required if homeowner/client is not present upon completion of cleaning
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll send a welcome email detailing what is included in your cleaning along with a short bio about how House Spouse came to be. I’ll have you show me around your home and explain what you do and don’t want touched or cleaned and advise me of any special care instructions for certain items, decor, flooring, etc… You’ll make your demands known and in turn I will advise of any limitations of mine that may not have been included in your welcome email. After the cleaning is complete, I ask that you and I do a quick walk through to ensure the cleaning is exactly as promised before I accept payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chores!! Growing up my 3 sisters and I were made to do daily household chores. I believe this instilled a strong work ethic, discipline and structure. It taught us to take pride in a job well done
