My front outside faucet had suddenly sprunk a leak and we could not figure out why. I requested a quote from Fountain City, Jon responded quickly and told me he could come out the next day (today). Upon his arrival, he assessed the issue, I explained to him what I was wanting, to replace the faucet, inside piping and put a shut off valve where I could reach it. We agreed on a price and he had it done in an hour or less. Jon is very professional and pays attention to the details. I would definitely put him on your list of potential plumbers, I know he will stay on mine!
