My 83 year old mother's basement was flooding and she couldn't turn off the water main line into the house. We called Fountain City and they sent someone within fifteen minutes on a Saturday to turn off the water for her. The same day they sent John, their master plumber, and he did an amazing job fixing the problem as well as doing preventative work. My mother was very happy and relieved. Also, the woman who answered the phone got the technician there quickly to avoid more damage and called us to let us know that my mother was in good spirits and that the water was off and that the plumber was on his way. We highly recommend Fountain City Plumbing.
