- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have 2 pricing levels. $69.00(all day appt), $75.00 (4 hour window) . If you wish to continue with the repair, The service charge will be included in the total price of the repairs given. Repair cost will not be in addition to the service charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule your appointment. Our office staff will give you the time and date of your appointment. The technician will call when in route to the your location. He will arrive on time, diagnose your appliance(s), explain all repair options and costs. We will be upfront and honest concerning the repair of your appliance(s). Your repair will be completed with factory authorized parts, unless otherwise stated. Feel comfortable knowing that you will receive a 90 day warranty on all parts and labor.
