- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is very simple. I do have a maintenance fee which means if I come out to customers home to bid on a job I normally charge around $80. This $80 is of course waived if we agree on a price and approve the bid. My prices are fair but I’m also a reasonable guy if price doesn’t align with customer budget I have no problem working out a comfortable number that is benefits both us and the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a bid is agreed on. Normally I would have me and a helper that will be doing the project meet face to face with the home owner. Give owner peace of mind of who will be entering their home. If it’s a big project I like to have contacts written and signed by both me and homeowner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 8years of experience in the remodeling business mostly in plumbing but do anything from framing to tile
