- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope of work, materials selected, and job complexity. We focus on giving clear, straightforward quotes so customers know what they are paying for. Product is typically paid upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the work. We do not believe in bait-and-switch pricing or vague numbers that change later for no reason.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning what the customer needs, the scope of work, and the overall goal for the space. From there, we schedule a consultation, review measurements, discuss material and layout options, and provide a clear quote. Once approved, we coordinate the job from ordering through installation and keep the customer updated throughout the process. Our goal is to keep it simple, organized, and professional from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from real-world, hands-on work in cabinet installation, countertop replacement, jobsite coordination, measuring, product sourcing, and project management. We understand the practical side of remodeling—how to plan the job correctly, avoid common mistakes, and deliver a clean final result. In this line of work, experience, attention to detail, and execution matter more than talking a big game.
