- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves in long-term relationships and referrals based on service and quality, hoping our prices are always a value. We desire continued patronage and, therefore, commit to always being competitive, while offering tremendous value to our customers!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Provide the NO CHARGE estimate, schedule directly with client, reminder call the day before appointment, follow up call and if there is an issue we like to fix it and make our customers happy.
