Scheduled carpet cleaning went as promised. Carpet looks great. It was a little wetter than I expected but left fans on all night and was dry the next day.

Alex was great, he was early and got the job done. My only negative is that the carpet still smells even after the deodorizer was applied.

When I booked with Steamatics
I asked if they moved beds and other heavy furniture and was told led by the female who booked the appointment that they did not move beds, but did move sofas, chairs, coffee and end tables. The technicians did not move anything to clean the areas. They did move a large plant and the coffee table in the living room. The reason they moved the coffee table in the living room was because I have an oriental rug beneath the table. That was the only exception. and said they do not move sofas, etc. I did not observe them doing the actual cleaning but they were quick. Some areas remained dry as they did not shampoo or clean the areas at all. They did help to place my box springs and king sized mattress back, which I moved myself; which I appreciated. They invoiced me for the $133 until Tuesday, due to the holiday hours observed by my bank.
