We asked Craig to cater our wedding because sharing a locally sourced, delicious meal with our loved ones was a top priority for our celebration. We love our Kansas City local food movement, and Craig is at the heart of it. He came highly recommended to us, and we knew right away that we'd made a great choice. We loved working with Craig, and our wedding meal was indeed a highlight of our day!
Craig worked with us to design an abundant menu that was within our budget. Our outdoor barn wedding aimed to blend elegance with down home comfort, and we wanted the meal to be an experience that connected our guests with one another. Despite spatial challenges with our venue, Craig found creative solutions and customized a style of service to do just that.
Craig worked with our favorite farmers to source vegetables, fruit, and meat that we knew were sustainably produced with great care. The appetizers and main courses expressed and enhanced the variety, beauty and flavor of our region. Then Craig recreated and served up our leftovers with late night snacks that surprised and delighted our guests. They still rave about the wedding food!
Working with Craig was a pleasure; he was responsive and flexible, engaging us in the creative process and accommodating our preferences throughout the process.
We truly appreciate Craig's stewardship of our local food system, and his keen talent to create an absolutely delicious meal. Thanks for helping us enjoy a unique and unforgettable celebration!

We hired Howard's to cater our wedding last July. It was the MOST AMAZING WONDERFUL DELICIOUS experience we could have hoped for. Craig met with us several times to go over the menu. He worked with us within our budget constraints and everything on the day of the event was seamless. All I had to do was eat and enjoy my wedding day. All of our guests were VERY impressed with the fresh, local, organic quality of the food. Compliments to the chef!
