Bryan gave my 2011 HP laptop a new life. Because I have Parkinson’s typing is a real pain. I had a problem with my touchpad being hypersensitive and constantly skipping. He deinstalled and deactivated my keyboard touchpad and substituted it for a mouse. It meant going on the HP website. This made the whole process of typing so much easier. I would never have been able to do this myself. He also streamlined the start up process by unchecking several programs. He also was able to help me with my iPad to send emails and texts which had stopped doing so, And he installed my toner cartridge on my printer. He did all this very affordably and he was so pleasant and reassuring that these problems were fixable. He is now my go to guy for all things computer. Thank you, Bryan!!\
