- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a minimum diagnostic fee of $40.00 which also covers the flat labor/troubleshooting rate for the first hour. Each additional hour if required is at the rate of $40.00 per hour. WorldWideSecurityServices.org/grindex.htm Lastly, if the customer is more than 60 miles away, there is an additional $25.00 fee, then for each increment of 30 miles of travel after the initial 60 miles a $10.00 fee. (eg. 90 miles would be $35.00 additional travel costs).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Lots of CARE: Courtesy, Appreciation, Rapport Building and Empathy. The customer needs to know that their issue is not uncommon, while also easily resolvable! Our clients are able to rest assured that they have made a wise choice finding a seasoned IT tech who can minimize the strains on their systems and themselves at the same time. We are World Class IT at non-profit prices!!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a Microsoft® Partner and personally, I am CompTIA A+ and Cisco CCIE Certified; as well as, a Microsoft® Registered Refurbisher Partner and member of other leading edge Microsoft® community groups (TechNet, Tech-Ed, MSDN, Powershell.org, and Microsoft Virtual Academy where I hold a MCP seat on the Founders Club, etc.) I also have the equivalent course hours for the MCSE through Microsoft Virtual Academy.
