We are waiting for our windows to arrive. I will follow up with an additional review about KZA Windows + Doors after Rob installs our new Pella windows. Rob reinforced our sunroom beams raising them for a proper roof grade and level room. He also installed new patio doors, ceiling and trim. Rob worked with our stucco and challenges of our old Leawood home beautifully finishing every detail. I can't say enough about how much we appreciate responsive service that matches our original quotes. We all know the frustration of unreliable service and increases in costs as the project develops. We have been saving for this project for years, and appreciated Ron's honesty, consistency, and quality for craftsmanship. We have already recommended Rob Mullikin to our picky neighbors. And plan to pass on his information to both my realtor Dad and Brother. Thank you, Rob. We can't wait to get you back when the windows arrive.

Rob did an excellent job installing our window. He did it for a great price & even made sure all the carpet was covered up & kept everything clean as they worked. I couldn't have asked for better. We will definitely use him again once we're ready for the rest of the house.
