Clarkson was asked to replace a waterline that they had installed recently and failed to complete requested service. Clarkson initially agreed to return and scheduled a service call for the following day. However, Clarkson never arrived and failed to return several calls to inquire about the missed appointment. Therefore, based on this type of service, I would not recommend Clarkson for any of my future plumbing needs.
