We have hired M&D for work in many of our properties. They have done kitchen updates, foundation repair, roofing, even smaller jobs such as painting and carpet installation. They have always exceeded our expectations at a more competitive price than contractors we have used in the past. As long as we have work needed, these will be our guys!

Worst contractor I have ever hired! Needed to hire someone else to come fix all the mistakes. Work was terrible Not on time or called at last moment to cancel. I should have done it myself and would have had less for the new drywall contractor to fix!

Sorry you feel that way, but the truth is we had a conflict that was unrelated to my work and this is the way to get back at me. I always showed up when I said I was going to and if you would of given me the last day like I needed, it would of been done right but he was trying everything he could to get out of paying the remainder of what was owed. The sad part about it is that others will see this and judge us from someone trying to be vindictive. The work was fine at the stage I left it. I needed to skim a few more places and sand, without that, any drywall will not look right.
