I was having problems with my outdoor lighting at my business and was told differing root causes for the issues. Christian and his team at CG Electrical were able to diagnose and fix my problem on their first business. The price was fair and we’re happy with their work and how they respected our property. I am so happy to have found Christian. The entire process went smoothly. I called him, explained the issue, he came down to inspect, gave me a quote, got to work, finished promptly, I paid him, and that was the end of my electrical problem. There were no surprise costs. Review Update: The communication with Christian was not great as we hired him as a third party and had several incidents with scheduling on his end solely. To respect the tenants timing an eta was requested several hours prior to Christian's arrival. Lack of communication caused us to seek other help with our project because Christian had not responded, and it was 3 hours past the original scheduled time of 11am-12pm. However, Christian did make it to the tenant after leaving review of originally being a no-show. Christian policy states it's $120 for a service call and if hired it is waived. However Christian never gave us a courtesy call to discuss pricing for repair or what was needed. He sent a nasty text more concerned about the no show review then the actual business. He then threatened to put a lien on our property if the payment for the invoice was not received. We asked what was repaired and requested photo documentation prior to scheduling to support work completed. No call was given with update on what was needed or photos to support his repair. It is 2 hours later still no invoice. I wish our experience was better but lack of communication causes confusion when things are simple! The tenant was happy the light was fixed. So, the three is for the actually getting the job done. The combativeness could have been saved by just respecting people's timing and communicating. Please note: We leave honest reviews with supporting documents.
