I needed my garbage disposal reset (the plumbers putty was all wonky) he was the first to contact me, just minutes after asking for help. Fit me in the same day! And although he was late, he called to let me know that a project he was working on wasn't going as planned, apologized and offered to call once it was done to see if we wanted him to fix it that same night or the next day. Great customer skills.. I've had people I've hired not call, nor show up even close to time. The fact that he called and let me know what was going on was awesome.. I wasn't left waiting around. He fixed the issue in about ten minutes! Awesome awesome dude and company. Will totally call again. Keep it up!
