I had 2 projects going at once. The fence was pushed back many weeks and they never became pushy. They actually had empathy. I was pulling permits and renting equipment. It was a huge mess for the firat project. Patricia was completely understanding and when i was finally able to give the green light, they not only met my expectations but surpassed them. The fence has been up for a few weeks now and with the harsh weather we had, it's solid. I highly recommend and if I did it all over again, I wouldn't waste my time going anywhere else for quotes. I had 4 others and yes, I do my research with references and view prior photos and ratings. I can say unequivocally, Patricia made this project stress free and I can't say enough about how well this all turned out. Looks beautiful. Thank you Patricia for having empathy during my struggles and the perfessionalism throughout this entire process.

We had to get a new fence as our old one was rotting, falling apart and falling down. After gathering quotes BDBM came in highly affordable with similar or near exact materials in comparison to other fence companies. They were able to come in about a week and completely demo’d our old fence out and installed our new brand new fence in literally 2 days time. In addition to this Byron suggested we make the gates larger at no additional cost and place one of them in a different location for ease of use. This was a great suggestion not mentioned by other companies or offered and ended up being a fantastic choice. Since our new fence was installed I have had neighbors, family and friends telling us how impressed they are with the time it took to put up and the craftsmanship. We would highly suggest working with BDBM based on our experience.

We had an amazing experience with BDBM Familia! When we received our quote, Patricia was very thorough and answered all of our questions for our new fence build. She provided a detailed quote and was very responsive for our additional questions. The team did an excellent job with installation and you could tell they take pride in their work. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will price my labor at an affordable price. why?! Well....I'm just starting out slowly and just recently started to advertise my business. I would do side jobs on weekends here and there. So I want to get my name out there. One way to do it is by giving that affordable price. Once your neighbor's see it and their friends and family see it, the word will get around little by little. I'm not cheap because I'm not good. I'm completely the opposite. So take advantage of it while you can. Eventually, my prices will rise.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a customer contacts me, we will set up a date that will work best for both parties for measurements. I'll take those measurements and figure out your free estimate. If you agree to proceed, we will call 811 to have someone come mark the wires where your fence will be installed and if needs a permit, will ask for that to be completed. Then we will set the date to put up your fence. It's as simple as that. We like to make it as smooth as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 12 years of experience working for a guy that has a contract with Lowes for Fencing. That guy is ranked number 1 for Fencing through Lowes out of 14 stores.
