This was a great experience and we are thrilled with our new fence. The company was very efficient with the project value and quickly set us up to install the fence. The three gentleman who put the fence in were very professional and worked hard with getting the project completed. They stayed in touch and told us what to expect each day. I would recommend Kansas City Top Tier to everyone. An excellent company to work with.

We really love the windows and doors purchased. However, the issues arising was lack of communication. We were constantly having to ask the office when the windows were coming and when was installation. Then, weeks after installation, we got review the install, and all the screens were missing! No one told us either. I had to call and ask for them, and we still didn't know if we were getting them. Then, they drop them off on the back deck, exposed to weather and potential theft, asking our flooring contractor to install them. This made me fear that he could tear or bend on accident and we had to pay HIM to install, even though it was part of our cost in the first place. I really liked our sales person, however, he always made things right at the beginning.

Please know that we also give careful consideration of all client reviews and feedback regarding the multiple levels of our installation process so that we can quickly address any potential issues. First, regarding your lack of communication critique, we reviewed our records and have documented numerous attempts by our staff to contact you via both phone and email once your project was underway. We were unable to leave a voicemail message on several occasions due to your mailbox being full and when that happened, we immediately followed up by sending you an email each time and those went unanswered on several occasions. Second, regarding the screens issue, our supplier sends the screens separately from the windows in order to better protect them during shipping, delivery, and installation. We provide this information to our clients in the early stages of a project so that they are aware the screens will be installed post-install of the windows. Again, thank you for the feedback on your project.
