I witnessed today why some small business owners rise above their competitors and succeed while others just get by. My wife and I are selling our house and stressing out over the incredibly slow process. We are doing whatever we can to make our house standout. Today, we had three prospective buyer tours scheduled. That’s progress, right? But, our lawn needed mowing. Rain for the past two days had left our yard looking less than desirable. Fortunately for us, Manny’s Lawn Care & Tree Service saved the day. Despite running behind because of Mother Nature, Manny immediately redirected his crew to our yard. They rushed in, the clock ticking, and got the lawn in order. Two minutes later, the first appointment arrived. Why did Manny do this? He did it because he cared. Manny knew how important it was to us that our home made a good impression. Manny understands his clients’ needs. By the way, we got an offer that evening.
