As a result, I obtained a high level of knowledge and experience in health and wellness. The satisfaction on a clients face when they go shopping for new clothes or get a great review at the Dr's office. When I help someone succeed, it really makes me feel good!

I have worked with personal trainers in the past but Jason is by far the best trainer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He genuinely cares about his clients and their success. He puts a great deal of time into designing a training program that will fit your individual needs and keeps you motivated to get to your goal. Jason is always very professional, has a great deal of knowledge, and is always mixing up the workouts so you get the most benefit based on where you are in your program. I worked out with him for 6 months and the workouts never got boring, he is constantly mixing things up. He brings an energy to every session that is infectious. He pushes you when you need it and always ensures that you are using good form. Not only did I transform my body over that 6 months into the best shape I have ever been in, I never once had an injury. That definitely speaks to how talented Jason is. I would highly recommend him as a personal trainer.

99% of trainers are ineffective. How can you tell? The trainer will stand by on their cell phones, talk a lot, or watch you perform the exercise and count. The difference between Jason and other past trainers is that he is actively involved in my success. He not only watches, but corrects my form. This allows me to perform the correct movement leading to great success and range in the workout as well as lowering the chance of injury. Jason explains the movement and the benefits of each exercise. He is a great teacher. His exercises and friendly reminders keep me motivated to stick with my goal when my motivation is lost. He is honest and gets results. I would highly recommend Jason to anyone looking for an effective and knowledgeable personal trainer.

Last year, I was interested in lifting weights and pursuing total fitness. Jason was my personal trainer for three months and helped me find the path back to wellness. He has in depth knowledge of nutrition and weight lifting for any level of fitness. I would highly recommend him.
