We had an excellent experience with Noble Roofing. We were selling our home and our roof needed to be replaced. David came out on a Sunday to answer our call. He wrote up a bid that beat the competition, and was able to do so because he cuts out the sales portion. Thank you for the 5 stars! I do not have sales people. I use to be a sales person for roofing companies. They add about 10% on jobs just for them. I would rather do less work. Less is more for me. You also do not get an up-sell from a pushy sales person. I knew the situation. You needed a roof completed in order for the home sale to go through. I pass along the sales commission savings and another saving pass through is because of the fact I pay for my materials immediately, I am discounted for that so I also pass that along. Now insurance jobs that is totally different. Your insurance company and I will agree on a price and that does not effect anyone's deductible. If ones claim is 10,000 or 300,000 the deductible stays the same. Thanks again!
We are so glad we hired Noble General Contracting. The proffesionalism and level of experience are difficult to find these days. We needed to frame our basement and Noble General Contracting not only did so at a great price, they have provided advice and guidance for other projects. What I liked about working with you folks was that my suggestions on the proper way to repair your home (tuck pointing chimney and replacing old gas furnace flue) was addressed. Even though I did not manage that ie: make money off of the work done, I just knew it was the best for the situation. Most other companies would just come in and bang out the roof. I like to do things correctly. Now you will have no worries for decades. Thank you for the job!
