FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Executive Garage Door Service, we believe in fair, honest, and transparent pricing. We don’t play games with hidden fees or surprise charges. Here’s what sets our pricing apart: • Upfront Quotes: Before we begin any work, we assess the issue and give you a clear, detailed quote so you know exactly what to expect. • Competitive Rates: We price our services to remain competitive while still using high-quality parts and providing expert-level workmanship. • No Pressure Sales: You’ll never be pressured into unnecessary repairs or upgrades. We explain the issue, offer options, and let you decide what works best for your situation and budget. • Value Over Shortcuts: We focus on long-term solutions—not cheap fixes—so the job gets done right the first time. • Warranty-Backed Work: Our pricing includes peace of mind with warranty coverage on labor and parts. We aim to deliver great service at a fair price—every time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact – We start by gathering a few basic details about your issue or project—whether it’s a repair, install, or general inspection. 2. Scheduling – Once we understand your needs, we’ll check our availability and schedule a time that works best for you. In many cases, same-day or next-day appointments are available. 3. On-Site Assessment – We show up on time, assess the situation, and walk you through the issue and your options. 4. Quote & Approval – After the assessment, we provide an upfront quote. Once approved, we can usually complete the work on the spot or schedule it shortly after. 5. Service Completion & Payment – We complete the service, test everything thoroughly, and collect payment via cash, card, or invoice—whatever works best for you. 6. Follow-Up – We check in after the service to make sure everything’s working properly and you’re satisfied with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I got my training hands-on in the field, starting with a well-known garage door company where I went through in-depth technical training, safety courses, and real-world experience. I’ve completed certifications like OSHA 10 and a Safety Driver course, and over time, I’ve handled everything from basic repairs to complex installs. Most of my education has come from real job-site situations, learning through repetition, mentorship, and problem-solving under pressure.
