Initial tech who installed new springs was awesome and I was able to get help quickly. He recommended that if we wanted to get a new door as well that we should do so within the year and we'd be credited the cost of those pieces due to it being still under warranty.Fast forward 6 monthsWe reach back out to get a new door, a different tech is dispatched, Jackson, nice enough dude. Knowledgeable, not pushy, etc. but after that meeting he didn't follow up with me with the information we needed to make a decision. I struck up the conversation again and was told that although they would honor crediting the prior work, they were doing so as an act of "good faith" and as a favor to me. Not sure I consider honoring the word of their technician as a favor, but whatever. We eventually got to the stage of ordering the door, but I was never able to connect with Jackson after that point. I had to call in, confirm the features of the door (insulated, panel choice, etc) and basically close my own sale.I will say the guy who worked at the warehouse kept me in the know about the status of my door order at regular intervals and I appreciated immensely the clarity from that moment on. The installation tech was a really cool dude, worked hard and fast. Talked to me about the specifics of my door and helped me program the new pad.Not a terrible experience but I felt like I wanted the garage door way more than they wanted to sell me one

I needed my garage door adjusted/serviced because the door would not open. Anytime Garage Door immediately called me to set up an appointment at my convenience. Kyle W. was prompt, professional, courteous, polite, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and completed the work in a timely manner. After completing the work, he showed me everything he had done, and then gave me a detailed invoice. The services was great and I want to give a huge 5 star rating to the company.

Our technician will provide a free estimate once the problem has been inspected.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once an appointment is made, our technician will arrive to the home. Once a 26-point inspection has been made, the homeowner will be given a free estimate and explanation of the seen problem areas.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technician must pass a 9-week course that includes classroom education, real-life training on a life size garage door and actual field training and onsite repairs.
