I have used Mr. Wallace's services twice now. Once when my garage door was like WEEEEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRUMPHK. And I couldn't get my car out to go to work, so I did the little googly goog, and was directed to this handsome fella. He came right over, fixed my door, accidentally broke his favorite Oakley sunglasses, and left all within about 30-ish minutes. The second time bc my door wouldn't open. I kept typing in the code, and nothing. He fixed it!Obviously not everyone is going to have the same experience, so time differentiation is something to take into account. 12/10 will use him, even if the problem is as simple as changing the batteries in the keypad. I never said I was a smart person. But if you employ the services of Mr. Wallace, you, too, will be a smart person.

Had Zach out to install a 16 foot garage door in my garage. He showed up on time. Was helpful and knowledgeable in the whole process as I know nothing about garage doors. Pricing was very competitive. He was in and out quickly and I now have a wonderfully quiet garage door. I'm absolutely going to use American Standard Garage Door in the future. I'm even going to talk to them about coming out every now and then to service the door and make sure I get all the life I can out of it. Truly better than a 5 star service in my opinion. I called American Standard for a quote on a new garage door for the house. Zach came out and looked at my garage door and walked me through current models of garage doors and asked me a bunch of questions to help me pick out a garage door. The new garage door is really quiet and doesnt wake up anyone when I leave for work in the morning like it used to. Ive always noticed the rooms above the garage door were colder/hotter than the other rooms in the house, and the new garage door is helping keep the rooms at a more desirable temperature so far. Overall, I was pretty impressed! Zach was very professional and I could really tell he knew what he was doing.A little side note: I left for work the other day and got about 5 mins away and was second guessing whether or not the garage door was shut, I logged into the app and it told me that I did shut the door. So that was nice. Thanks for everything Zach!
