FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are spreadsheet junkies who research and strive to streamline pricing and maximize your budget. Money should be a comfortable black and white and open conversation. We have found that whether it's with our clients or employees-when everyone is content with the expectations and the exchange-so much focus can go towards the tasks at hand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We promise to come out and bid today or tomorrow and get bid back in 48hours or less. We come to a payment agreement-amount and schedule. We typically prove we have the insurance requirements necessary and address any other client concerns. We ask for our clients preferred time and day for job completion and understand their desired deadline completely. We schedule our start and ask about any special instructions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My wife is bilingual by education and has 3 degrees that assist in daily business functioning. I have a degree in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Business Development and Human Resources. My wife grew up with her Dad building all of their houses. I am trained in many areas of home repair. We love to find and keep the best trained employees.
