My experience varies from Tv mounting, Wall hangings, Sound bar installation and hangings, Lighting installation, Fan installation, Drywall repair, Concrete, Painting, Appliance installation, Electrical and Plumbing, Carpentry, Closet shelving, Closet Repairs, Remodeling or any project custom idea design you may want to do. Costs will depend on the the complexity of the job, and can be charged as a flat fee or 2 hour minimum hourly rate. 1.A small job usually takes less than two hours and uses only simple hand tools to complete. This might run you at a 2 hour minimum hourly rate.(Electrical and Plumbing Tasks will be priced accordingly) 2. A medium job will be a little more complex and will likely require power tools. It may take between two and four hours. (Electrical and Plumbing Tasks will be priced accordingly) 3. A large job will be the most involved and will take anywhere from four hours to a few days to finish, plus it may demand special equipment.
