My experience with Josue and STUCH construction was very good. I would recommend them for any job, small or large. They have a comprehensive team that can do any task. No remodel is easy but the top things that made this easier for me was good communication, flexibility for changes needed, fair prices, with thorough, fast and quality work. Josue is very detail oriented and will let you know if he doesn’t think something will work. I needed someone to help me think through the things I wanted and I trusted Josue to help me with that. In less than 2 months they demo’d walls, rebuilt my kitchen cabinets including a custom appliance pantry, installed new bathroom vanity, new lighting everywhere, and new electrical panel. I’m so happy with the work and now able to enjoy my first floor remodel. I will be using them again soon for my basement and other things.

I highly recommend Stuch LLC Remodeling Services! Over the past 25 years, I’ve completed numerous remodels and built two custom homes. Through those experiences—good and bad—I’ve learned what separates an average contractor from a truly exceptional one: integrity, strong ethics, attention to detail, organization, prompt communication, skilled craftsmanship, and a reliable team. Stuch LLC embodies every one of these qualities and hiring them was one of the best decisions I’ve made as a homeowner.
I recently purchased a mid‑70s home that I plan to live in long‑term, and I wanted it to be everything I have ever wanted in a home but skipped doing in the past. Several companies, including well‑known companies in the area with experience in high‑end homes, came to bid the project. From the very beginning, Josue stood out.
He arrived on time, listened carefully to my ideas, and asked thoughtful questions about how I planned to live in the space—what rooms mattered most, how I envisioned using each area, and what my long‑term goals were. He also pointed out issues that other contractors completely missed. For example, while others said it was fine to leave the old baseboards and install new flooring around them, he explained why that would lead to gaps over time and why replacing them with more modern, white baseboard would actually be more cost‑effective and more beautiful. He pointed out how the cabinets in my kitchen were using the space in a way that made the kitchen cramped and crowded and showed me how we could add more storage to the cabinets while also opening up the kitchen. Even small issues—like a dishwasher connection that technically met code but wasn’t ideal—were corrected simply because he wanted the job done right. The railing in the living room is now not only up to code, but it is also beautiful and adds to the look of the room.
Stayed on Budget — With Only Minimal, Necessary Adjustments The project stayed on budget with only a few small changes due to unforeseen issues, all of which were explained clearly and handled with complete transparency. For example, we discovered that a previous owner had removed wallpaper but left all the glue behind. Josue explained that if we didn’t scrape the walls in the hall and entry, the new paint would eventually crack. The additional cost was minimal, necessary, and absolutely worth it.
A Transformation That Left My Family Speechless My family was shocked when they saw the transformation. Early in the process, Josue told me he wanted me to feel a sense of awe when I walked into the finished home — and he delivered exactly that. My home is now one that I love and is my favorite home EVER.
