- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Good work ain't cheap and cheap work ain't good...we follow a win/win philosophy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We only quote over the phone for repeat customers or very small undertakings. We will always come visit with the client to make sure we understand exactly what their feelings are regarding the work they wish to have performed. We will educate the customer and provide a basis for my assessment from the beginning. If the customer is comfortable with our assessment and after having offered our proposed solutions, we will usually provide a quote within 24-48 hrs. *Our timeline to provide a quote is SEASONALLY adjusted according to our workload and demand. We make no promises to give a quote in such short manner but this is what we strive for. **On large jobs, more research and additional time may be needed to provide high value and preliminary research, a concise and controlled budget for the client and to consult with engineering and the municipality or county regarding permitting and code compliance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I ran several commercial service businesses that I started from the ground up. I grew one of them into a multi-million dollar business in less then a decade. I wanted a change in my life so I served as president for another successful manufacturing company for a few years. I then returned to my roots in the service industry and ultimately have found my calling in the building trades and construction.
