What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge around $5.50 a foot for gutter install. There is a up charge for 3x4 downspouts and elbows.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to find out the issues and go out to the property to ensure that we can do the job. We look at the fascia and the roof to ensure that the customer will not waste time or money by putting gutter on fascia that needs to be replaced or gutters on a home that needs a new roof.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a carpenter by trade and have been in the home rehab business for over 15 years.
