I had a great experience. He showed up on time, was courteous and fixed my problem very quickly. He then showed me exactly what he did and told me how to prevent my problem from happening again. Can't ask for more than that! I would definitely call him again.

Mike responded quickly to my inquiry and was able to come out a couple hours later. Our building entryway door wasn’t closing properly and the soft closing arm had become detached. He was quickly able to evaluate the issues and get the door back to working properly. He was prompt, professional , and thorough with making sure the door was working and closed soft and smooth. I will absolutely be going straight to him with any of our future needs at our small condo community. I could not be more satisfied with his job well done!

Details: Exterior door, like a front or patio door • 2 doors • Standard • Wood • Yes, I already purchased the door • Multi-unit building
