Mike responded quickly to my inquiry and was able to come out a couple hours later. Our building entryway door wasn’t closing properly and the soft closing arm had become detached. He was quickly able to evaluate the issues and get the door back to working properly. He was prompt, professional , and thorough with making sure the door was working and closed soft and smooth. I will absolutely be going straight to him with any of our future needs at our small condo community. I could not be more satisfied with his job well done!
