Time for the first mow of spring. Go out to the shed, looks like the pull rope fell apart over the winter. Contact this fella and he responds pretty much immediately. He's able to come to my house a couple of hours later to fix it. He takes it apart to install new starter rope. Turns out the housing to place the starter rope is warped. He orders a new one. Doesn't charge me for the first visit. Comes back the next day with the housing and completes the repair. Very satisfied customer.
