Oh wow! just wow! This world truly be a better place if there were moor indiviuals such as Larry. He is thorough, respectful, honest, professional and most importantly prompt! I had an issue with the garbage disposal and was in dire need of assistance promptly. So I came to "Thumbtack" because everyone else was quoting next day service and it was a requirement that the issue was resolved indistanter. Lo and behold Larry was the first natural person to respond (I was extremely glad I didn't have to deal with Ai) I gave him a synopsis of the problem, he provided with a quote and the time he'd be at my domicile. When he appeared, he fixed the problem explained to me what the issue was while fixing the issue. Larry sealed the deal for & with me and I'm not reaching out nor calling another! Definitely worth the wait. High Gratitude for you Larry and Thank you Thumbtack!

Larry was very knowledgeable, so pleasant and very respectful. He had a hard job on his hand to put up my jeep hard top lift in my garage. My job did not come with instructions but videos from the manufacturer and trust me the videos were not very good. But Larry was so patient through out the process and with me because I was frustrated with the manufacturing jeep lift company I chose. He made it happen though and did a DAM GOOD JOB!! We will use him again
