- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m upfront and transparent about pricing. Most jobs start with a service call that covers diagnosis and labor, and additional work is discussed and approved before moving forward. There are no surprise fees, and I’m happy to bundle multiple small tasks into one visit to save customers time and money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the issue or project to understand what the customer needs. Once on site, I evaluate the situation, explain the options, and get approval before starting work. I focus on clean, efficient repairs and make sure everything is working properly before wrapping up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from years of hands-on experience working with residential homes and their systems. I also stay current on best practices and safety standards through continued learning and real-world problem solving on a wide range of repair and maintenance projects.
