The review function only allows me to pick 3 positives. I’d pick all 5 (value and punctuality) if I could. Ted provided excellent work. His responsiveness to our bids and requests was lighting fast and professional. He did backsplash tile work, baseboard installation, and a little bit of demo work for us. We are incredibly happy with everything about how he runs his business and how beautiful the craftsmanship is. He was also incredibly flexible about some changes and additions to the work we wanted to be done even though it was outside of the original bid. Additionally, Ted is a down-to-earth, humble guy that we had the pleasure of getting to know and chat with during the remodel work we hired him for. We will absolutely hire Ted again for work we need to be done in the future.

Ted replaced the window unit AC for us. The old AC was badly installed with the plastic window above. Also water leak damaged the window sill. He fixed that and more that the new AC is installed professionally. I am very happy about the completed job. Definitely, I will use his service for future project.
