I bought my son an electric scooter, so when we folded it down. We couldn't unfold it. It was difficult to unfold. Ted did an awesome job by fixing the problem. He also told me what the problem was by demonstrating how to fold and unfold when clamping it down in place. My son was extremely happy that he was able to fix it.

The review function only allows me to pick 3 positives. I’d pick all 5 (value and punctuality) if I could. Ted provided excellent work. His responsiveness to our bids and requests was lighting fast and professional. He did backsplash tile work, baseboard installation, and a little bit of demo work for us. We are incredibly happy with everything about how he runs his business and how beautiful the craftsmanship is. He was also incredibly flexible about some changes and additions to the work we wanted to be done even though it was outside of the original bid. Additionally, Ted is a down-to-earth, humble guy that we had the pleasure of getting to know and chat with during the remodel work we hired him for. We will absolutely hire Ted again for work we need to be done in the future.
