Heath Gentry is passionate about hardwood floors, but more importantly, he's committed to customer satisfaction and making sure you get exactly the look you want. I particularly liked his willingness to educate us about the overall process, custom-mix stain colors, and provide stained board samples to make sure we knew what we'd be getting. He is patient in both his customer interactions and pace of work--doing things right rather than just rushing to completion. And he keeps the job site as tidy, clean, and uncluttered as possible. The end result looks terrific. Five stars for Gentry's Hardwood Flooring!

Heath stuck with the job, it took longer than expected. Progress most every day. The new floors turned out a bit better than the refinish but everything was great. He is d e p e n d a b l e!

They should up on time for the estimate. Heath was very for honest and professional. I was surprised what he could do with a 78 year floor that was a rental house for a lot of years. I would use company again.

Heath did a great job on my floors despite the supernatural entities. Seriously though , I’d use him again and would recommend him to others. His work is exceptional.
