- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices vary depending on type of work to be done,species of wood, layout, prep work and material costs and because we do pre-finished and raw wood installation as well as sanding
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like meeting at the job site so we both can go through it and assess the work that needs to be done, I explain the process and time frame and I try to leave them knowing all I'm doing and all their questions answered
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been certified by Armstrong and I have been doing floors since 2001
