- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $40 for an assessment of your home condition. This includes detailed notes on what needs to be done in order to meet our goals. You can choose to have me work on the plans if you agree for a cost of $18 an hour. I work hard and fast. There may be things that I suggest that will require you to invest more money such as certain home repairs, paint, cost for cleaning supplies, etc. but we can work to keep the price down as much as possible.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always loved cleaning, decorating and rearranging my home as well as others. My love for this is what encouraged me to get involved in the real estate business. Since I've started in the real estate business, I've toured a lot of homes and I see what sells fast and what sits long. In these cases, it is not my position to make recommendations, just observations. I want to help people with this because it is such a small thing to do that can really make a giant impact on a home. I love to see homes sell fast. Not only that but it helps me meet people that would like a knowledgeable agent to assist in the home sale. This is an opportunity for the home owner to get to know me first, in case they are still shopping around for an agent.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do a lot of cleaning, organizing and rearranging. I also carefully pack up items that are not helpful to be present during a showing. Sometimes, it is difficult for a home-owner to be objective about the condition of their home. I have a professional perspective on home conditions and will be assertive when it comes to making necessary changes.
