- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My mom was a cleaning lady for homes and offices, I would always tag along when I could. I have been cleaning on my own for about 5 years, I am in university to get my bachelors in business, that will help me be a better business owner for my customers and my workers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to always give a call a day before our scheduled date to touch base on what’s going to be done in the cleaning. Also to make sure our customers have any special requests for there cleaning. We start our cleaning and we don’t ask for any payment up front. We make sure our customers check the work we did before they pay us and before we leave.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
When we do a Deep cleaning we take about 3 to 4 hours of home is 3 plus bedrooms and bathrooms. We like to leave homes spotless with a glow!
