Wowowow! THANK YOU NICK! This man needs a raise! I was really in a pickle because of dirty deeds from a previously hired HVAC company out of Belton, who then ignored my messages until I threatened legal action. Nick was punctual, informative, and went out of his way to get me a new in coil overnight before my tenants moved in. I will definitely be reaching back out to KC Prestige for any HVAC issues in my future.

I noticed late last night our air conditioner wasn’t cooling, I reached out and within minutes I was booked for our service the next day, within less than 24hrs. KC Prestige and his team came out on time; quickly assessed my air conditioner, provided an overview/outline of the problem and fixed the issue. Nick, with KC Prestige, was punctual and pleasant. After looking at my furnace he said the control panel needed replacement. The condenser was not checked. In short, minimal effort was taken to assess the problem. He quoted $795 for control panel with possible $50 up charge; & $495 for install labor. Having some experience, I declined the offer & paid the service fee which was discounted by $10. I called in another HVAC company. The contractor immediately determined a 3 amp fuse had blown out & wires to condenser were worn out. The issue was quickly resolved at a than a fraction of the cost quoted to me by Prestige. Plus my condenser was cleaned.

Donovan was awesome. He showed up at the promised time on Saturday! What I had hoped to be a simple fix turned out to be a completely bad unit. He was able to give me a price almost immediately and install the new unit two days later on Monday! I appreciate his hard work and professional work. He took great care of me and was better to work with than I could hope. I will definitely be recommending him to all of my friends who need HVAC work and will be looking forward to working with him in the future when it is time to replace our furnace!
