- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an appointment to come to the customers house and do an estimate. We go over the process with the customer on how the work will be completed. We then create an estimate and send it via the customers email.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have a very strong client base of residential and commercial customers. We do the majority of our work in the multi family industry.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do as much research about the company as you can. One thing that stands out about us is we don't ask for full payment until the customer is 100% satisfied with the work that needs to be completed, its just the right thing to do.
