We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience with Excellence Hardscape from the consultation stage to the final walk through. Sergio and Alondra answered our many questions and spent the time discussing the design and products all before we even made the decision to move forward with the project. We were able to see a job they had just completed in person and we were sold. Juan and the crew are knowledgeable and very good at their jobs. Even with a last minute design change from me- they were flexible and still able to complete on schedule. Now - they were not the lowest bid that we got however with the personal touch, open communication and quality workmanship -we have no regrets and cannot be more pleased with our patio addition.

They finished my from scratch patio project in 9 business days. Sergio communicated with me very well via text, calls and in person. The crew came to the front door often with questions when I wasn’t always presentable. Juan and Raul listened and did all they could to provide what I wanted. There was one incident on the very first day when they crashed into our swing set. But in a couple of days they had a new, stained to match wood beam and replaced the broken one. They created the main patio, made the under the deck area a usable space to match the patio and a small flagstone and gravel walkway.

Sergio and family were great to work with. They put in a grill pad/mini patio for me and I’m thrilled with how it turned out! It was previously a pile of dirt! We had a slight rain delay, because Mother Nature, but once dried out, the crew was prompt, friendly, informative, and did a great job. I would highly recommend. Thank you for making my backyard beautiful!

Customers should know that prices can vary a lot due to material. No 2 projects are ever the same!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically have a 3 step process when working with our clients. Step 1: On-site estimate. Usually last about 30 minutes. We discuss the project, take measurements and talk about what the clients wants and the budget they want to work with. Step 2: You receive your estimate within 72 hours. If we are approved we'll sign our contract, take the deposit and get you on our schedule! Step 3: We start your project!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 15+ years of experience in the Landscaping/ Hardscaping industry and have seen/done almost any kind of job you can imagine!
