Having worked with over 20 different contractors and vendors of all skilled trades and at times, all at the same time, we know what should be done and how to get it done!
With over 30 years experience managing indoor/outdoor maintenance systems of Class "A" and "B" commercial buildings (700,000 sq.ft. to over 1.3mil sq.ft.), hundreds of miles of street and R.O.W, over 2500 acres of park property and amenities, working with as many trades as you can think of and a range of budgets from $200 dollars to over 3.5 million dollars.
Here is a partial list of trades: plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, lawn/landscape/irrigation, tree service, fence repairs, roofing, lighting, floor care, HVAC systems, City, State, Federal inspections, asphalt, concrete repairs, security systems, window cleaning, carpentry, snow and ice control, new installations, courier services, printing services, digitization projects, records retention/destruction, coordinating and implementing green initiatives) to mention a few.
Our experience is in residential, local government, private business, and corporate environments. We provide results oriented and responsible administrative, customer service, personnel and facilities management and maintenance skills to drive challenges and projects across multiple business disciplines.

It takes "you" and "me", before any meaningful work can be done.
It takes "you" to contact "me" and for "me" to assist "you" with your task list of things to do. There are a number of tasks that can be done without involving a lot of people, which translates into saving "you" money. However, there are other task better handled by skilled trades to get what "you" want accomplished in the most economical way without blowing out your budget.
This is where we excel the most...!!!
However,
"You" may need "Me" to just handle it...!!!
For me to tell "you" what needs to be done, help "you" set a budget, get quality workers/vendors/contractors, let "you" decide what "you" want to do and how much "you" want to spend and let "me" to get it done!
This leaves "you" more time to do what is important to "you"!
