- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Active listening is a skill. As with any skill it must be practiced over and over again. Once the key elements are put into practice, you will become more productive not only at work but within your family's dynamics. The result of active listening increases your positive responses to get the results you are looking for. This is what I teach in co-creative communication.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
