- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process at Affordable is fast and efficient yet personal and detailed. First we would gather the fundamental details of your move (who, what, when, where, and how). Second, we would give you a quote for the move expeditiously. Third, we would take a deposit for your move and secure your moving date on our schedule. A personal representative will reach out to you and will be your direct contact for your move from start to finish. This same person will be on site the day of the move to make sure the move goes according to plan fullfills every obligation to you as the customer.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been a general manager of several businesses in industries such as food, automotive, wholesale tire warehouse and even credit card customer service. After being in the office so much I thought I’d give moving a try, a few years later after working for several professional moving companies I decided to start my own company. When I first saw the average price for moving state to state while working for a moving company I was in shock, but I was even more shocked when I became the owner of my first moving company. After my first 3 years in business talking to customers doing local and long distance moves. I saw first hand how much price gouging happens in the moving industry and I saw an opportunity to offer affordable moving solutions to people who don’t have thousands of dollars to spend moving.
