Listen up Kansas City! I’m new here. I recently had a great time working with this moving company. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely be working with them for all my future needs in KC. In fact, they were so great the first time that I called them back a couple weeks later to grab more things from a different location and they were happy to do it. First off, let me express how relieved I was that they actually showed up! I've been ghosted by movers in the past. Not only that, but their communication throughout the process was top-notch. They communicated all the way up to the moving day. For pricing, there were no surprises. Everything was clear and upfront, which isn’t always the case. I really appreciated that. These guys truly worked their asses off, despite moving into a three-story house with lots of stairs. Some items were heavy to maneuver upstairs, but they did it without issue. They were incredibly nice and personable. I even found their banter with each other amusing and it motivated them to work even harder at times. I'm not typically one to write reviews, but finding good, honest movers can be hard, especially when you're already stressed out from moving. I wanted to take the time to share my positive experience and hopefully save others the hassle of searching. If you take care of them, they take care of you. And a special shoutout to Tony for his excellent communication. They are a fun and hard working group of guys, and they did an excellent job!

Everyone was really professional and great when responding. They were able to help me urgently when I had to move back home to Vegas. I was able to get my questions answered in such a fast response and after I told them to give me a few days they were still willing to work with me. If I would have to move again then I would definitely use Haul Pros for all my needs. They were able to disassemble and reassemble things and waited for me to pick what location each item was going to. They consistently asked for reassurance if something was right. Lastly, the best thing I liked about them was that they gave me updated information on their location and timing to where it wasn’t too far in advance or not too close that I wasn’t able to accommodate. Thank you team!
