Our pricing is always upfront and transparent. We charge an hourly rate plus a flat travel fee, with no hidden costs or surprise add-ons. Specialty items, larger crews, or long-distance moves may have custom pricing, but you’ll always receive a detailed estimate before booking so you know exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep the process simple and stress-free. Initial Contact – You share your move details (date, addresses, size of home or office, special items). Custom Estimate – We provide a transparent, no-obligation quote and answer any questions. Scheduling & Confirmation – Once you’re ready, we lock in your moving date, crew size, and any packing services. Preparation – Our team stays in touch with tips and a checklist so you’re ready on move day. Moving Day – Our professional crew arrives on time, carefully packs, loads, transports, and sets up your belongings. Final Walk-Through & Payment – We ensure everything is placed correctly and you’re completely satisfied before wrapping up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is professionally trained in all aspects of residential and commercial moving. Each crew member completes hands-on instruction in safe lifting techniques, furniture protection, packing, and truck loading/unloading. We stay current on industry best practices, DOT safety requirements, and customer-care standards so every move is efficient and damage-free.
