- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No hidden fees, hourly only, two hour minimum. You don't pay for fuel, stairs, long driveways, or anything else, hourly only! Time is prorated to 15min increments so you only pay for exactly the time that you use.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a phone consultation to discuss our process and the customer's needs for their project. If needed, we can do a free in-home-estimate prior to the move to make sure everything is good to go.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you get professional, clean movers. Don't hire a small, cheaper company that's a few workers in a pickup with a trailer.
