I completed 3 months of physical therapy/personal training with Jason to address painful arthritis and swelling from a previous ACL and meniscus injury/repair. Jason was fantastic to work with and I am really happy with the gains I've experienced over the last 3 months. He was great at meeting me where I was at and making the gym/physical therapy comfortable while still challenging. I decided to continue working with him as a personal trainer and I am really happy with my decision to do so. 10/10 recommend!

Literally the best decision I have made in my entire life. Not only does Jason break things down in an easy, understandable way, but he truly cares about bringing out the best in you. I had low back and hip pain that was keeping me from training in the gym or reaching my personal goals of loosing weight. Jason was the only provider I found who addressed not only my back pain and hip pain but kept me training hard. I am now completely pain free and have lost 15lbs. I highly recommend to anyone who is serious about getting their life back on track.

I came to Jason with some nagging wrist pain and shoulder range of motion issues. He was able to easily figure out what was causing each of these issues and set me up with a plan to fix them. I no longer have wrist pain and the shoulder range of motion has vastly improved and we are still working to improve even more. I highly recommend his services because he is knowledgeable, personable, and allows for treatment to be enjoyable rather than just another appointment

Phenomenal Physical Therapist! I went in for a muscle strain on my back/side. Jason not only addressed my pain, but he addressed my movement deficits that were causing my problems. Jason is awesome! He has been working with me on a shoulder injury for the last month and has help me rehabilitate it and was even able to point out other issues I didnt even know I had. My lifts are back to where they used to be and with no pain!

It's a flat rate per session and we book in packages. Call or message for more information.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Full body movement examination to identify the root cause of symptoms and all subsequent sessions are 1 hour of personal training or physical therapy to help you reach your goals. Often our plan of care including soft tissue massage and other hands-on techniques.
