- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer straight forward pricing with all inclusive packages and no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with our clients to offer a custom package that fulfills the needs of their event. We only require a $150 deposit to reserve the photo booth. From there, our in-house graphic designer works with each client to create a photo strip design that truly captures their events theme. Before each event, we confirm the details and setup locations for the photo booth so on the day of your event, all the details are set for a wonderful evening. After the event, our clients receive an online gallery of photos to share with their friends.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We were the 1st company in Kansas City to offer Photo Booth Rental services. In the last 11 years, we have services over 750 events from large conventions to weddings.
