He came out to service an ivors and pond 1890s piano so finding someone to do it had been a drag. Over all the work was great, gave us some good feedback on care and maintenance and future fixes but she is tuned and sounds beautiful. He even came back right after he left when the piano owner found an issue. 10/10 would recommend.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Commercial Performance from Missouri Western State University and am an Associate Member of the Piano Technicians Guild.
