What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customer relationships begin with a FREE evaluation of your piano, followed by the development of a custom maintenance plan!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Arts in Commercial Performance from Missouri Western State University and am an Associate Member of the Piano Technicians Guild.
